District Technology Coordinator / Chief Information Officer

Steve assumed the duties of District Technology Coordinator / Chief Information Officer in July 2003. Prior to his current assignment, he was employed for 24+ years by AT&T / Lucent Technologies / AVAYA Communications.  Mr. Mosley held positions as a Network Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Manager, Project Manager, and Test / Process Engineer.  He is a 1975 graduate of Williamsburg High School and has a B.S. Degree in Management Information Systems and an A.A.S. Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.  Mr. Mosley has completed the Microsoft Certified Systems Administration and Systems Engineering curriculum.

Steve has district responsibility for managing the Kentucky Education Technology System (KETS).  Duties include network engineering, implementation & administration, network security, network switching & cabling infrastructure, server & workstation maintenance, financial planning, contract & vendor management, hardware & software purchasing, district reporting, asset tracking & inventory, etc.....
