WILLIAMSBURG, KY-Williamsburg High School is excited to announce the hiring of Brandon Bargo as the new Varsity Boys Basketball Coach. A 2016 graduate of Barbourville High School, Brandon brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for basketball to the Jacket Family.
After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) in 2019, Brandon gained valuable experience working with the EKU Men's Basketball program from 2016 to 2020. He then served as an Assistant Coach for Berea College Men's Basketball during the 2020-2021 season. Most recently, Brandon has been the Assistant Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Barbourville High School from 2021 to 2025.
Coach Bargo is eager to build a strong basketball program at Williamsburg High School. He is particularly enthusiastic about developing a feeder program to foster talent and dedication from an early age. Emphasizing hard work and commitment, Brandon looks forward to contributing to the success and spirit of the Jacket Family.
