Jacket Family, tomorrow morning bus 2424 (Green Bus) will run 15 minutes early and the orange bus may be late. Tomorrow afternoon orange bus will be about 30 minutes later. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
We will resume a NORMAL schedule for the week of Sept. 16-Sept. 20.
We will intentionally increase supervision and ensure safety measures are in place each day.

Jacket Athletics Update:
After consultation with local law enforcement and our Board Attorney, we are excited that our HS Volleyball team was able to travel to Barbourville Independent for tonight's match-up. Our Jacket Football Team will travel to Waggener, Louisville, on Friday, Sept. 13th, for kick-off at 7:30 pm.

NTI Day #2: Thurs. Sept. 12, & NTI Day #3: Fri. Sept. 13, for Williamsburg City School. Athletic practices and extracurricular events will be canceled from Thurs. until Sun. Communication regarding plans for Mon. will be sent by Sun. afternoon. Decisions are still being made about HS Volleyball and Football games.

After communication with state and local officials, I have made the decision to cancel school for tomorrow. There will be no extracurricular events or practices during regular scheduled school hours. Coaches and sponsors will communicate with families regarding tomorrow’s evening activities. The safety and wellbeing of our Jacket Family is of the upmost importance. Keep praying for peace in our community and safety for law enforcement.

ATTENTION ALUMNI: Come join us for the WHS Alumni Tailgate Party tomorrow from 5-7 at the Williamsburg Convention Center.
