ATTENTION JACKET FAMILY: Dayspring Health are pleased to offer FREE sports physicals for WISD students at school in the Dayspring Clinic during the following dates on May 20, 21, and 22 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. To schedule an appointment, please call 606-549-6044 and press 2 to reach the Dayspring Clinic. If you leave a message, one of our nurses will call you back to confirm a time. Please note: - Appointments are required – no walk-ins will be accepted. - Updated consent forms are required before the visit. These can be completed electronically once your appointment scheduled or by using the paper copies being sent home by the school. Forms are also available on our website. - Sports physical forms must be fully completed and signed by a parent/guardian before the appointment. ATTENTION JACKET FAMILY: Students who ride bus 2114 (orange bus) will arrive 25 minutes later than normal today. All other routes will remain on the same schedule. Students who ride bus 2114 (orange bus) will be transported home by bus 2218 (red bus) approximately 25 minutes behind schedule. If you plan to pick up your student from school instead of waiting for the delayed bus route, please pick up via the parent pick up line at the gym.
