Tonight at 6:00 p.m., Little Jacket Preschool kicks off our season of celebration at Williamsburg City School! Please refer to the attached graphics for more information on each event.
ATTENTION JACKET FAMILY: Dayspring Health are pleased to offer FREE sports physicals for WISD students at school in the Dayspring Clinic during the following dates on May 20, 21, and 22 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. To schedule an appointment, please call 606-549-6044 and press 2 to reach the Dayspring Clinic. If you leave a message, one of our nurses will call you back to confirm a time.
Please note:
- Appointments are required – no walk-ins will be accepted.
- Updated consent forms are required before the visit. These can be completed electronically once your appointment scheduled or by using the paper copies being sent home by the school. Forms are also available on our website.
- Sports physical forms must be fully completed and signed by a parent/guardian before the appointment. We cannot complete a physical without the proper forms in hand.
